Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Shipping Fees: The client is responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product), Market Connect, Inc. will cover the shipping costs.

Processing Time: It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process a return and issue a refund or exchange after the product is received.
